COMEDAP has carried out the installations for the project and provided technical direction.

On Monday, November 14th, starting at 11 am, the fifth parking lot in Estepona was put into operation, with a cost of 1€ per day. This parking lot is located in Plaza del Ajedrez and has a total of 500 available spaces.

Mayor José María García Urbano has highlighted that this project is a great addition to Estepona as it revitalizes the area and provides better services. The construction included the remodeling and beautification of Mallorca, Menorca, and Francisco Gutiérrez streets.

On Saturday, November 19th, the inaugural celebration will take place, featuring children’s activities, concerts, chess games, raffles, and a charity paella.

Last Friday, the deed of sale for the parking lots was signed with over 150 owners. In the coming days, the remaining procedures will be completed, and the process to acquire the still available spaces will be opened.
